Thursday 20 October, 9-10.30am An early morning viewing of Peter Wächtler’s exhibition with an introduction by Ellen Greig, Exhibitions and Events Curator at Chisenhale Gallery. Coffee and cakes are generously provided by the East End Women’s Institute. Free to attend, no booking required.
Thursday 3 November, 7pm Peter Wächtler’s film Tim and Racky (2011) is screened in conjunction with First Thursdays, when the gallery remains open until 9pm on the first Thursday of each month. Emma Moore, Offsite and Education Curator at Chisenhale Gallery, provides an introduction to the film. This event is free to attend but booking is recommended. Saturday 12 November, 2pm Paul Teasdale leads a tour of Peter Wächtler’s exhibition, placing Wächtler’s new work in relation to his previous animation, sculpture and text pieces.
