On Tuesday 2 October at 7pm we have a 21st Century event with a screening of recent moving image work by Maeve Brennan, Robert Crosse, Ian Giles, Kadeem Oak, Ciarán Ó Dochartaigh and Christopher Smith. The event is free but booking is essential. Please contact mail@chisenhale.org.uk to reserve a place.

On Wednesday 3 October we open early for a coffee morning and special viewing of Ed Atkins' exhibition from 9-10:30am with cakes provided by the East End Women's Institute.

Chisenhale's youth group, Propeller, hold their next meeting on Wednesday 3 October from 5-7pm. Propeller is for young people aged 15-20 who have an interest in art and would like to collaborate and make new friends. The group meets once a month at the gallery. On Saturday 6 October. 2-5pm, Chisenhale's youth group, Propeller, lead a free drop-in family workshop inspired by Ed Atkins' exhibition Us Dead Talk Love. The workshop is open to all but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that the exhibition contains strong language and sexual references. With this in mind, the workshop will be held in a room adjacent to the main gallery.

On Saturday we are also holding an Offsite workshop with Neighbourhood Residency artist, Cara Tolmie at the Hub Building in Victoria Park. For more information please click here.
