Thank you to everyone who made it to the opening of our new exhibition, Broken Hill, by Pratchaya Phinthong last Thursday evening. The exhibition continues until Sunday 1 September and is open Wednesday to Sunday, 1-6pm. For more information please click here. Photos of the opening are by Mark Blower.

Thanks also to everyone who made it to Cara Tolmie's performance, Otiumfold, in Victoria Park on Saturday. The performance was the culmination of Tolmie's year-long Chisenhale Gallery Neighbourhood Residency. Documentation of the performance will be available soon. Join us at the ICA on Tuesday 30 July, 6:45pm for a screening selected by Pratchaya Phinthong as part of the Artists' Film Club season, featuring Unreal Forest by Jakrawal Nilthamrong and Broken Hill Man by Musola Cathrine Kaseketi. The screening is followed by a discussion with Phinthong; Thanavi Chotpradit, a current PhD candidate in the Department of History of Art and Screen Media, Birkbeck, University of London; and Steven Cairns, the ICA’s Associate Curator of Artists’ Film and Moving Image.
