Please join us this Thursday, 7pm for an introduction to Ghislaine’s new commission with Ellen Greig, Curator: Commissions at Chisenhale Gallery. Programmed in association with First Thursday when galleries across east London stay open until 9pm on the first Thursday of each month.

Chisenhale alumni with recent and forthcoming openings and events include: Alex Baczynski-Jenkins presented The Tremble, the first episode of his 2017 Chisenhale commission The tremble, the symptom, the swell and the hole together at La Casa Encendida, Madrid on Saturday 3 February; Jumana Manna will screen her 2015 Chisenhale commission A magical substance flows into me at Douglas Hyde Gallery, Dublin on Tuesday 5 February; Korallia Stergides is included in Unperforming: Louise Ashcroft at Toynbee Studios, London on Thursday 7 February, and will present her film A Whale For An Ear at the Flat Earth Film Festival, Iceland, on Sunday 10 February. Ed Atkins has curated The Act of Seeing With One’s Own Eyes, at Schinkel Pavillon, Berlin, which opens on 8 February and continues until 24 March 2019.
